Racetrack Control Hub

Run a complete race demo from this panel

This project simulates a local racetrack operations system. Use the operator panels to prepare and control a race, then open the public displays to watch the next race, timer, flags and leaderboard update in real time.

What to do first

Open operator panels and display screens in separate tabs. The visible screens will update as soon as an operator changes the race state.

  1. 01
    Prepare the next race

Open Front Desk, log in, create a session such as Heat 1, then add 2-8 drivers. Car numbers can be assigned manually or left empty.

  2. 02
    Open the public displays

Open Next Race, Leaderboard, Race Countdown and Race Flags in separate tabs to see what guests and drivers would see.

  3. 03
    Start and control the race

Open Race Control, log in, start the race, then switch between Safe, Hazard and Danger to watch the flag display update live.

  4. 04
    Record laps

Open Lap-line Tracker, log in, and tap car buttons as cars cross the lap line. The leaderboard will update fastest laps immediately.

  5. 05
    Finish and end the session

In Race Control, finish the race, let the last laps be recorded, then end the session to queue the next race.

How the racetrack system works

  1. Front desk Creates race sessions, manages drivers and assigns cars before the safety official starts the race.
  2. Race control Starts the next race, controls track flags, finishes the race and confirms when the session is ended.
  3. Lap tracking Records car crossings from a tablet-style view so the leaderboard can compute laps and fastest times.
  4. Public screens Show the next race, countdown, current flag and live standings without requiring any login.

Operator panels require the matching access key. Display screens open directly.
